The CTD approach combines analysis of current client resources, project scope and expected business outcomes, project plan development and implementation, continuous project performance measurement and post project analysis and reporting to meet objectives.
This includes help with desktop design, resource management, and document analysis, as well as scheduling and other logistics.
The investigation and selection of third-party solutions, collection and development of documentation standards and development of template and style requirements for third-party solutions can be provided. A third party solution could include CTD's own template solution.

Third-party liaison
CTD has developed methods for the investigation and testing of third-party solutions to best meet the needs of the firm. We have established relationships with third party companies which allow us to foresee issues which could have a detrimental effect on the project. Third-party applications include but are not limited to Environments, Conversion and Comparison applications.
Document analysis
Through our document review process we look at your existing work product and analyzes document formatting, resulting in a report on how to maximize document production efficiency along with our training recommendations.
Collection of Firm Document Standards
CTD has established criteria to speed the collection process. Collection, and if necessary, establishment of firm standards is crucial to the success of the Word customized environment. For the customized environment to be effective, style lists, templates, macros and numbering systems must meet your firm’s requirements.
User Skills Analysis
This analysis consists of the development of a questionnaire pinpointing the users knowledge of technology and interest in troubleshooting and providing first line support
Document Conversion
Development and implementation of a document conversion plan to ensure firm precedent and crucial document directories are identified and evaluated. CTD has in place a partnership with Microsystems in Chicago. Microsystems is the industry leader in conversion and cleanup tools have been implemented in the majority of firms in the GTA.
Scheduling training and support
CTD has developed a process for scheduling the factors required keeping in mind workflow requirements of the firm.
Liaison with technical support
CTD works with your firm's technical support staff to ensure deployment of Word 2007, the selected user environment, and conversion facilities are completed in conjunction with training to ensure minimum workflow disruption.
